Senior Welding Engineer
Join us as a Senior Welding Engineer and play a pivotal role in the Oil & Gas industry! This is your opportunity to design and engineer innovative solutions that prioritize safety, reliability, and sustainability, all while working in the vibrant city of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Role Overview
Selection of methods and procedures: Ensure optimal performance of work and design within specifications.
Proactive planning: Complete activities and deliverables within agreed time frames and budgets.
Scope of Work delivery: Ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements.
Lessons learned application: Utilize insights to understand change impacts across project boundaries.
Coordination with vendors: Manage relationships with subcontractors and third parties according to contractual obligations.
Package Engineer responsibilities: Oversee design, procurement, and manufacture of assigned packages.
Leadership: Start leading engineers on assigned scope of work.
Discipline Lead role: Act as Discipline Lead for specific scopes of work.
Skills & Qualifications
Welding expertise: In-depth knowledge of welding techniques and standards.
FPSO experience: Familiarity with Floating Production Storage and Offloading systems.
Offshore operations knowledge: Understanding of offshore engineering practices and safety regulations.
Education & Experience
Qualifications: Engineer Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Experience: 5 to 10 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
