Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee rail signalling project outcomes within Victoria. The position holds overall technical and assurance responsibility, and
plays a key role in driving signalling activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with engineering teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Location- Melbourne, VIC
Duration- Permanent, Full-time
Remuneration- $230,000 + Super
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of signalling works across project phases
Coordinate design, integration, and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with rail safety standards and regulations
Manage contractors and internal teams to meet project milestones incl. signal technicians, site / project engineers, project managers and related civil workers.
Monitor programme, risks, and delivery performance
Support effective stakeholder engagement across the project
Required Experience
Engineering background preferred
Strong experience in on-site signalling delivery, ideally working for tier 1 or specialist contractors
Solid understanding of signalling standards and operational requirements specific to VIC i.e. MTM, Vline, ARTC
Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in a complex delivery environment
