Key responsibilities
- Develop, review, issue, and manage project communication templates, procedures, numbering systems, approvals, and distribution.
- Prepare and disseminate project information such as letters, meeting notes, contact lists, newsletters, and notice boards.
- Coordinate project travel arrangements and scheduling.
- Perform data entry and basic analysis related to quality and performance tracking.
- Manage site access control for authorised personnel.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and security.
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in a similar site or project administrative role.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience on energy projects is beneficial
