Overview
We are currently recruiting a Track Site Engineer to support the delivery and commissioning of track construction and maintenance works throughout central Queensland. An ability to deliver within tight rail possession / occupation windows is essential.
Location- Rockhampton, QLD
Duration- Permanent, Full-time
Salary- $90,000 - $120,000 + Super

Responsibilities
Support the delivery of track construction and maintenance works, including site inspections and track walkouts.
Assist with reviewing work packs, monitoring daily progress, and ensuring methodologies and safety requirements are followed.
Provide onsite engineering support during possessions/occupations and escalate issues to senior engineers, PMs or supervisors
Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve technical queries and maintain works on schedule and within resources.
Contribute to safety documentation, risk assessments, and reporting of hazards or improvement opportunities.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
At least 1 year on rail track construction projects
RIW Card
Statement of Competency with QR, ARTC, MTM, Vline or Sydney Trains desirable (but not a requirement)
Drivers licence
