Fit-Out Operatives – Office Fit-Out Project

Overview
We are looking for skilled and reliable Fit-Out Operatives to join a major office fit-out project in Cologne. Working as part of the on-site team, you will support the delivery of high-quality commercial interiors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Fit-Out Works
- Carry out a range of fit-out activities including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, and general interior installations
- Assist with the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Interpret drawings and follow technical instructions to ensure accurate installation
Site Operations
- Work collaboratively with the Site Manager, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Maintain productivity while meeting project deadlines and quality standards
- Adapt to different tasks as required across various stages of the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office fit-out, interiors, or construction environments
- Ability to carry out hands-on installation works
- Basic understanding of construction drawings
