Key responsibilities include:
- Full lifecycle management of construction contracts and subcontracts, including review, negotiation, administration, and closure
- Ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Implementing and maintaining an effective contract management and control system
- Preparation and maintenance of complete contractual records, correspondence, and documentation
- Oversight of contractual clauses related to guarantees, insurance, and liabilities
Requirements:
- 10+years experience in Subcontract/Contract Management
- Degree in Law, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of EPC, EPCM, FIDIC, NEC
