About the Role
This is a Perth-based, full-time role with a roster of 9 days/80 hours a fortnight.
This role supports an engineering and project services team by planning and managing schedules for offshore projects, with a focus on subsea systems. You will develop and maintain project timelines, track performance, and help ensure efficient, reliable delivery by working closely with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Logical Planning and Scheduling of work scope activities
- Development and maintenance of Basis of Schedule
- Schedule analysis, trending, change management, and contingency planning
- Schedule risk management, including probabilistic risk analysis
- Development and maintenance of integrated project schedules
- Benchmarking schedules across scopes of work
- Progress tracking and performance measurement
Experience & Qualifications
- Strong offshore oil & gas experience, particularly within the subsea/upstream.space.
- Expertise in planning & scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and risk analysis
- Experience across major capital projects (FEED to execution)
- Knowledge of schedule metrics, benchmarking, and cost interfaces
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset
