Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Analyst

About the Role

Airswift is partnering with a major energy operator to recruit a Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Analyst. The role supports decision making by delivering high quality analytics, dashboards, reporting, and market insights. The successful candidate will help standardise data, streamline reporting processes, and support continuous improvement across the end to end supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate KPI reporting processes, standardise data sources, and enhance dashboards used across Supply Chain.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, KPI scorecards, and executive summaries; consolidate inputs from multiple teams to deliver clear insights.
  • Maintain the Market Intelligence report, tracking pricing trends, cost drivers, commodity movements, and supplier landscape changes.
  • Support supply chain risk reviews by maintaining risk registers and monitoring potential operational or market risks.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and other internal teams to understand analytics needs and influence decision making.
  • Support change initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across Supply Chain processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in data analytics or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar), Excel, Power Query, and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, or VBA, and exposure to SAP/Ariba.
  • Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
