Airswift is seeking a Surf Engineering Specialist to work in Rio de Janeiro, in a permanent position with a company a specialized engineering and manufacturing company providing equipment and solutions for the oil and gas industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a technical reference in SURF engineering;
Lead conceptual studies, Pre-FEED, FEED, and advanced engineering assessments;
Define subsea development architectures and strategies;
Make critical decisions related to layout, integration, and technical solutions;
Lead engineering reviews and technical validation of deliverables;
Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces at a strategic level;
Lead integrity, reliability, and risk mitigation strategy assessments;
Support technical decisions in complex brownfield projects;
Conduct strategic technical interaction with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders;
Lead technical workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, and design reviews;
Influence decisions related to CAPEX, risk mitigation, and asset life extension;
Support business development, technical proposals, and commercial strategies;
Promote innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in SURF engineering processes;
Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards and operational safety requirements;
Act as a technical authority on projects and mentor to team professionals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preferably Naval Engineering, Petroleum and Gas Engineering.
MBA in Production Engineering / MBA in Project Management is desirable.
Advanced English.
