Position Description
The CMS Administrator is responsible for administering the organisation’s Learning Management Systems, including Workday Learning and the Competency Management System (CMS). The role coordinates Operations and Maintenance training scheduling requirements and ensures training and competency data is accurately recorded.
The position supports workforce training compliance through high volume data entry, monitoring training completions, and maintaining audit ready records. It also supports the creation, review and troubleshooting of online learning content and the ongoing improvement of automation workflows to enhance process efficiency and AI enabled outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Operations and Maintenance training scheduling
- Maintain accurate training and competency records in Workday Learning and CMS
- Create, review and troubleshoot online learning content
- Maintain and improve automation workflows
- Ensure compliance with sensitive personal data and privacy protocols
- Reconcile employee training payments through GEP
- Support training reporting, data validation and audits
- Manage and respond to enquiries via the Training Team mailbox
- Create and maintain work instructions and process maps
- Support contractor training records in MyPass and Clui
- Coordinate training vendor requirements and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong data entry capability with high attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage a fast paced, high volume workload
- Previous experience in training or learning administration
- Experience in large operational or asset based environments
