Training Analyst

Join our team as a Training Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the energy transition within a fast?evolving European energy landscape. You will work side?by?side with internal teams and contingent workers to build a sustainable, green, and reliable electricity infrastructure that supports economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Establish the knowledge and competency baseline across identified populations.
Identify and segment different employee populations relevant to the initiative.
Assess current levels of knowledge and competencies related to key digital and IT topics.
Perform quarterly business needs analyses, including:
Defining required knowledge and competency levels per population for upcoming quarters.
Identifying learning needs aligned to ELITE gap closure.
Deliver and coordinate training content, including:
Collecting relevant training materials for each learning need.
Providing content to Learning & Development designers.
Evaluating existing offerings within Company's Academy and identifying training gaps.
Assessing suitable “off?the?shelf” training solutions available on the market.
Support Learning & Development in designing training tracks and both one?off and recurring training campaigns.
Contribute to the sustainable evolution of digital capabilities, including:
Supporting or delivering trainings when required.
Implementing short?term and long?term on?the?job support models.
Establishing and leveraging expert networks to reinforce learning and adoption.
Ensure alignment and consistency between ELITE initiatives and external programmes, managing dependencies where needed.
Requirements
Fluency in English (spoken and written) and French or Dutch.
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in change management, people development, or learning initiatives.
Hands?on experience with training preparation and delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate assertively and build trusted relationships.
Client?oriented mindset, with empathy for business needs.
Strong people orientation, with the ability to anticipate and address resistance to change.
Analytical and critical mindset, capable of understanding a broad range of business and IT topics without needing deep technical expertise.
Affinity with IT domains (infrastructure, applications, digital tools, IoT, communication technologies).
Interest in the energy and electricity sector.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take full ownership of responsibilities.
