Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the end

site warehouses, container yards, and external laydown areas, ensuring safe, controlled, and timely material flow aligned with construction schedules. This position plays a key role in maintaining material availability, asset integrity, and supporting schedule

Key Responsibilities
Promote Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards across all warehouse and laydown locations
Manage and lead warehouse teams across site and off
?
site facilities
Implement the Material Management Execution Plan in support of construction execution
Establish and operate warehouse and laydown processes aligned to construction
?
phase needs
Ensure correct and consistent use of the material management system (ERM) and data accuracy
Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of construction materials and equipment
Maintain secure, compliant storage with appropriate material segregation
Control material issuance to subcontractors and construction teams in line with schedule
Coordinate internal transport, lifting, and material movements to work fronts
Identify and communicate material risks, shortages, damage, or delays
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse or Materials Manager on large

scale construction projects within energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, chemicals, or CCUS sectors
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple warehouse and laydown locations simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction
?
driven material logistics and workfront support
Proven leadership experience in site
?

Sound knowledge of material management systems, inventory control, and preservation standards
Understanding of lifting regulations, traffic management, and manual handling requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to report clearly to materials and project leadership
Experience developing and implementing procedures and standards
Formal qualification in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management preferred
Typically 7+ years’ experience in Materials or Warehouse Management
