Airswift is searching for a Warehouse Manager to join a leading organization in Guyana. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods while ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance across warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
- Drive inventory accuracy through effective control procedures, audits, and cycle counts.
- Manage, develop, and motivate warehouse teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate logistics activities with transportation providers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of customer service through accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally within FMCG or distribution environments.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and inventory management best practices.
