WORK PREPARATION ENGINEER / AREI NON-COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

AREI non-compliance action plan

• Interpret and analyse AREI reports, audit results, and inspection reports.

• Prepare a complete and structured action plan related to AREI non-compliances at the terminal.

• Set priorities based on risk level, criticality, and legal deadlines.

• Develop technical solutions in cooperation with engineering, maintenance, and external partners.

• Follow up execution from work preparation through final handover and documentation.

Work preparation & coordination

• Prepare work permits, Task Risk Analyses (TRA), and execution plans.

• Order materials and coordinate contractors.

• Define work sequences, isolations, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and required resources.

• Ensure correct and timely administration (SAP, Excel, technical files, etc.).

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with AREI regulations, internal procedures, and SEVESO guidelines.

• Participate in risk analyses, inspections, and technical reviews.

• Report progress, constraints, and risks to the Maintenance Manager or HSE responsible.

Education & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a work preparation engineer, technician, or engineer in an industrial • Strong knowledge of AREI and relevant standards.

• Experience on a SEVESO site, in petrochemicals, energy, or heavy industry is a strong asset.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and high safety awareness.

• Communicative, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
