Role Overview
- Coordinate implementation of approved Workforce Development activities aligned with national content commitments and project workforce requirements.
- Support workforce capability assessments and identification of skills gaps across operations and contractors.
- Facilitate delivery of technical and vocational training programs through accredited providers and internal frameworks.
- Monitor training effectiveness, completion rates, demographic and competency outcomes against defined KPIs.
- Support approved engagement with government bodies, regulators, and national training institutions on workforce development initiatives.
- Maintain effective relationships with contractors to ensure alignment with local workforce and training obligations.
- Contribute to national content reporting and communication of workforce achievements.
- Promote local workforce participation in line with company and regulatory expectations.
- Maintain accurate national content, workforce, and training data in company systems.
- Analyse workforce metrics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Prepare periodic reports for internal governance, partners, regulatory authorities, and tracking EPC compliance.
- Coordinate execution of workforce initiatives, including training schedules, logistics, EPC and contractor participation.
- Track progress against workforce and national content targets, identifying gaps and risks.
- Support continuous improvement of workforce programs through data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of commitments within scope, budget, and compliance requirements.
- Support compliance with national content legislation, project agreements, and company policies.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for workforce development activities.
- Contribute to internal and external audits related to workforce and training obligations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Workforce Development: Proven experience in implementing structured workforce plans in a project or operations environment.
- Training Coordination: Strong background in coordinating training programs and assessing workforce capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with government bodies, contractors, and educational institutions.
- Data Management: Demonstrated capability in managing, analyzing, and reporting data effectively.
- National Content Frameworks: Working knowledge of national content/local content frameworks.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in workforce development, training coordination, or HR programs within the oil & gas, LNG, or mining sectors.
