It produces a detailed, maturity-rated report with benchmarked findings, a prioritised improvement roadmap, and executive-ready outputs, supported by a facilitated workshop and follow-up engagement to drive implementation.

Provides a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of project governance and reporting frameworks, alongside evaluation of forecasting reliability, schedule confidence, and overall controls maturity, supported by detailed findings, prioritised corrective actions, and board-ready reporting to enable effective governance oversight.

It is delivered through structured access to project data, systems, and key stakeholders, with facilitated leadership engagement and optional ongoing support to track recovery and ensure accountability for improvement actions, with completion achieved within 8–12 weeks.
