We embrace the new normal of hybrid working! All employees have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. This is optional depending on your circumstances, but many enjoy the balance. We also accommodate flexible working, as long as you can work our core hours (10am-4pm). The choice is yours!
Generous Annual Leave
We offer a competitive 25 days annual leave, in addition to bank holidays. This increases by 1 day each year after your 3rd year of service, capping at 30 days.
Our holiday year runs from the 1st January to the 31st December.
Room to Grow
At Airswift, we have a culture of growth - this means that not only will we grow, but we will grow through the growth of our employees.
All employees can access our extensive online learning platform and enrol in any courses they chose. Additionally, by partnering with HR, we could support you to gain qualifications in your chosen profession. Through our Learning and Development Team, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with initiatives such as our rotational Global Leadership Team, InteGREAT Management Experience and 1-1 coaching.

Annual High Flyer Celebration We take our top performers from every department away each year to celebrate success and thank everyone for their hard work over the year. Flights, accommodation, meals and entertainment are all paid for with the location announced usually in Spring. Previous celebrations have been held in Miami, Buenos Aires, Dubai and Florence.
Work Hard, Play Harder
Transforming lives is more than just a tagline. With a calendar full of charity fun days and office events, we really put the FUN into FUNDRAISING.
Each year our offices come together for a global virtual Relay For Life to raise funds and awareness for cancer care. Divided into regional teams, each office location hosts a variety of events to bring awareness and raise funds to support a local cancer charity.
Each year, Airswift celebrates Earth Week. Earth Week is a week-long global event centred around Earth Day that aims to promote and support our commitment to sustainability. Events are held locally around the business such as litter picks and tree planting to help raise awareness of the importance of protecting the environment whilst making a direct positive impact on the local community.
Based in the city centre a stone’s throw away from Spinningfields, we’re proud of our fun and inclusive office environment. We offer free breakfast every day (crumpets, toast, cereal and pastries) and fruit to help you keep fuelled with healthy snacks throughout your day.
We also have a pool table, ping pong table, dart board and Nintendo Switch so you can take a break from your desk and blow off some steam (and flaunt your Mario Kart skills to colleagues!)
Looking After You
The health and well-being of our people are of extreme importance to us.
We believe our mental well-being is an important part of our overall health, which is why we have Mental Health First Aiders in every region. They are not therapists or psychiatrists, but should you ever need to talk to someone about how you are feeling, our Mental Health First Aiders are there to lend an ear and signpost you to any further support should you require it. We also have a dedicated Employee Assistance Helpline where you can speak to specially trained people to help you through some of the tough times. The service is free, completely confidential, and available 24/7.
We offer a health plan through BHSF which provides cashback on a range of routine health services. This includes dental and optical treatments, physiotherapy and health screening. You receive and pay for the treatment upfront and then claim the money back afterwards up to set limits. You can upgrade your level of cover and add family members to your policy at your own cost.
Commuting Made Easy
Take (at least some off) the stress out of commuting! When you pass your probation, you'll be eligible for a travel loan to help with the cost of annual public transport tickets.
We can also stay fit and save money by cycling to work with our Cycle to Work bike hire scheme!
We Want YOU!
We're all about embracing individual differences and encouraging you to be your true self at work. This extends to what you wear in the office. No cookie-cutter business casual here!
We want you to be able to choose what you wear for your day ahead, that portrays your own personal style and maximises your comfort whilst still maintaining a professional image in line with our culture and values.
Kickstart your career!
Hear from your future colleagues!
Don't just take our word for it, see what current employees at Airswift Manchester have to say about working here.
Airswift is a people business. Not just in what we do as a company, but in the way we view the world around us.
At Airswift, we believe in diversity. We recognise there is value in our uniqueness, perspectives and experiences. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace not only because it’s the right thing to do, but because it is integral to building a better company. Diversity, equity and inclusion is not a project. It’s an element of our culture and it’s everyone’s shared responsibility. It’s our journey and destination.
As an international organisation, we're aware that our business can have an adverse impact on the environment, and so we are committed to finding ways in which we can reduce that impact and be more sustainable. It is a responsibility we take seriously as a company, as leaders, as individuals, as partners and as suppliers. We recognise that we have an influential role that can help create more sustainable communities in which we live and work. We take that role seriously, using opportunities to encourage best practice and demonstrate commitment through our own choices. We also promote all employees to participate in environmental programs within our various business units. In 2021, we launched Airswift Earth Week, aimed at promoting and supporting our commitment to sustainability.
