Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Commissioning ICSS Superintendent to lead and coordinate all ICSS-related construction and commissioning activities on site. This role plays a critical part in ensuring delivery is aligned with HSSE, quality, and project schedule requirements while maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure all ICSS construction & commissioning activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including workforce, materials, and equipment management.
- Lead system inspections, testing, and verification activities for ICSS equipment.
- Monitor progress against project schedule and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage changes to scope and execution plans, assessing impact across the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate documentation including progress reports, HSSE records, and quality control data.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to supervisors and commissioning teams.
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Strong experience within construction and commissioning environments, particularly within ICSS or control systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing site operations effectively.
- Exposure to offshore topsides, modularized facilities, or fabrication yard environments is an advantage.
- FSO/FPSO?related project experience is a plus.
