Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commissioning Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction and commissioning activities within the instrumentation discipline. This role ensures all activities are executed in compliance with HSSE, quality requirements, and project schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all instrumentation construction & commissioning activities in line with approved plans and specifications
- Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with HSSE, quality standards, and project schedule
- Manage daily site operations, including workforce supervision, materials, and equipment utilization
- Ensure site teams are working with the latest drawings, procedures, and technical documentation
- Enforce HSSE policies and procedures across all construction and commissioning activities
- Coordinate between construction, commissioning teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and conflicts
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure smooth execution and handover
- Assess and implement changes to scope or execution plans, evaluating project impact
- Monitor progress and prepare reports highlighting achievements, risks, and recommendations
Job Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Construction / Commissioning Supervisor within instrumentation or related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation
- FSO/FPSO?related project experience is a plus.
