Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the assigned department, executive or project scope.
- Organise and maintain essential documents, professional correspondence and accurate records for efficient retrieval.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with clear communication and timely reminders.
- Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries for flights, hotels and transportation.
- Support meeting preparation by coordinating logistics, drafting agendas and managing follow-up actions.
- Assist with internal projects and initiatives by tracking timelines, organising resources and supporting task completion.
- Process and track expense reports and purchase requests in line with company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory to help maintain operational continuity.
- Act as a point of contact for routine communication with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues where required.
Required Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma plus vocational training or an advanced technical certificate (Required)
Required Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative assistant role
Required Skills:
- Regular use of Microsoft Office Suite to create complex documents, spreadsheets and presentations
