Vacancy Overview:

This opportunity supports HSE and HR leadership within a global chemical manufacturing environment, providing high-level administrative and operational coordination across key departmental activities. The role offers broad exposure to invoice processing, expense reporting, records management, communication handling, and event coordination, with SAP experience forming an important part of the position. This company is seeking a detail-focused professional who can manage sensitive information and support multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HSE, HR, and executive leadership teams, including Vice President-level stakeholders.
    Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and related documentation accurately and in accordance with company policies.

  • Compile, track, and maintain departmental records, metrics, and information.

  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to internal and external communications.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, and related logistics. Will use company card to handle and expenses.

  • Maintain organized files, records, and administrative systems.

  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong SAP capability, including 2-3 years of relevant system experience.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced support environment.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Capability to coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, and related logistics.

  • Strong record-keeping, file management, and administrative systems organisation.
