This opportunity offers the chance to provide essential administrative support within a busy department, contributing to the smooth delivery of daily operations and stakeholder coordination. The role includes travel coordination, procurement support, document management, onboarding activities, and event administration in a fast-paced environment. This position will suit candidates with strong organisation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, team assistant, or similar support role.
  • Experience providing administrative support to stakeholders within a busy department.
  • Experience coordinating travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, procurement requests, and meeting logistics.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, internal staff movements, and departmental activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to manage shared mailboxes, team calendars, records, document approvals, and office logistics.
