Responsibilities
- Support facilities operations: Support asset monitoring and analysis for global manufacturing facilities for raw water treatment and wastewater treatment, review use of advanced tools to provide technical insights, aid in troubleshooting and optimize performance.
- Proactively engage with facilities to identify and implement improvement opportunities to achieve competitive business results.
- Lead or support project development: design, development, engineering and start-up of new and/or modified facilities
- Collaborate with other global technology experts in the evaluation, development, and deployment of raw water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reduction & reuse technologies.
- Proactive collaboration and contribution to assigned teams.
- Visits to operating sites and other travel may be required.
Skills and Qualifications
- B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- 5 – 10+ years of experience in developing raw water and wastewater treatment solutions, preferably for the oil and gas and petrochemical Industrial sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge in engineering and operation of raw water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in raw water and wastewater treatment unit troubleshooting and start-ups.
- Problem solving skills: Identify and implement improvements and apply broad technical and business skills and expertise to solve complex problems.
- English fluency a must; oil & gas industry experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
