Job Title: Field Deployment Lead
Location: Angola
This opportunity supports the deployment of digital solutions across rig operations in Angola, with a strong focus on DrillOps and wellsite technology adoption. The role combines hardware installation, user setup, offshore training, and operational coaching to help maximise utilisation of digital drilling tools and deliver measurable results in the field. This position offers broad exposure to digital drilling deployment in a technically demanding offshore environment.
Required Experience:
- Experience supporting rig operations with a strong understanding of rig activities.
- Experience working in field deployment or wellsite-based environments involving digital drilling or offshore operations.
- Experience delivering training and coaching to operational teams in the field.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage DrillOps hardware installation, including CODA, IDD, and connectivity at the wellsite.
- Ability to set up users, roles, and related workstations within DrillOps.
- Capability to run DrillOps and drive technology utilisation through engagement with rigsite crews.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate results and lessons learned clearly.
- Practical understanding of digital solutions deployment in drilling operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with operations in Angola.
