We are seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to serve as the Director, Information Technology for our APAC business. This senior leadership role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to define, govern, and advance the technology strategy across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technology investments, platforms, and capabilities effectively support business growth, operational excellence, digital transformation, and competitive advantage. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change across a complex, matrixed organization within a manufacturing and operationally intensive environment.

Travel: Up to 25% across the region, as required
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the regional technology vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise digital objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic goals into scalable technology solutions that accelerate growth and improve operational performance.
- Establish clear technology governance, investment principles, and performance measures to support decision-making and value realization.
- Lead technology investment planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and resource allocation.
- Partner with regional leadership teams to embed technology capabilities into core business operations and growth initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end accountability for technology outcomes across the region, coordinating delivery through cross-functional IT teams including applications, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, project management, and sourcing.
- Ensure technology solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards while balancing regional business requirements.
- Drive digital transformation and process optimization initiatives to modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and enable innovation.
- Champion organizational change and adoption of new technologies, influencing stakeholders across a highly matrixed global environment.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across information technology and business functions, including ownership of technology strategy at a senior level.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience developing and governing enterprise or business-unit technology strategies within complex global organizations.
- Strong track record leading large-scale ERP, enterprise platform, and digital transformation programs.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar enterprise ERP platforms is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and data-driven business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and effectively partner with C-suite and business leaders.
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities, with a history of delivering measurable business value through technology.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.
