  • Boilermaker Welders – Marine & Industrial Projects (Day Shift)
    Henderson WA - Australia

    Airswift is currently recruiting experienced Boilermaker Welders for upcoming workshop-based work across marine defence and industrial projects in Henderson. These are hands-on roles working across a mix of fabrication and marine-related work, supporting multiple divisions.

    What’s on offer:

  • Day shift – 6:30am starts (Mon–Fri)
  • Ongoing work with overtime and weekend hours available
  • Strong pipeline of marine defence and industrial projects
  • Start from early July
  • What you’ll be doing:
  • Boilermaker welding across carbon steel structures
  • Working with flux core and stick welding processes
  • Supporting fabrication, repairs and marine works as required
  • Working alongside different trades and teams across the workshop
  • What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience as a Boilermaker Welder
  • 3G Flux Core welding
  • Stick (3G)
  • Experience working with carbon steel
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • Fire Sentry (preferred but not essential)
  • Marine experience is a bonus
  • Additional info:
  • Must be able to complete pre-start and client inductions before commencing
  • Workshop-based role (not FIFO shutdown-only experience)
  • Team-focused mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
