Core People Services Specialist – Summary

The Core People Services Specialist is responsible for supporting employees, managers, and HR teams by managing employee data and HR processes within Workday and related systems. The role focuses on delivering accurate workforce administration services, resolving HR-related inquiries, ensuring data integrity, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage offer and onboarding processes, employee data changes, and HR service requests.
  • Support employees and managers by responding to HR inquiries and resolving cases.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.
  • Process changes related to personal information, job details, work schedules, and locations.
  • Manage employee records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support testing and implementation of HR technology enhancements.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects and operational activities.

  • Experience using HR systems, particularly Workday.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
