We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major transformation and migration programme within the financial services sector, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements across complex environments
- Support large-scale migration and transformation initiatives
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and requirements elicitation sessions
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple departments and seniority levels
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve BA workflows and delivery
- Support project planning, testing, change management, and implementation activities
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Proven experience delivering migration projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills across complex organisational structures
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation abilities
- Experience using AI tools to enhance business analysis activities and productivity
- Ability to work onsite in Vienna approximately twice per week
- Available to start immediately
