Job Title: Business Analyst – Procurement Transformation
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)
This opportunity is focused on procurement transformation within a complex programme environment, supporting Strategy-to-Contract and Sourcing-to-Contract processes. The role will contribute to requirements gathering, design and discovery workshops, gap analysis, impact assessment, and change delivery, working across cross-functional teams in an agile setting. This position offers the chance to support process improvement, reporting, and business analysis activity using tools such as Ariba, Salesforce, Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Mural, and Teams.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in procurement transformation
- Strong business analysis experience across requirements gathering, design and discovery workshops, gap analysis, impact assessment, process improvement, and change management
- Experience supporting Strategy-to-Contract or Sourcing-to-Contract processes and systems
- Experience delivering business analysis outputs and setting approaches and standards
- Experience working with product owners and technical teams to define detailed requirements
- Experience completing data analysis and reporting to support governance materials and decision-making
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with continuous improvement and change management tools and methodologies
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of procurement transformation processes and related system change activity
- Ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define, document, and maintain process and tool requirements
- Ability to complete impact assessments across affected user groups and support implementation activity, including training and communication inputs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex scenarios and translate findings into clear summaries
- Excellent communication, influencing, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Proactive approach and effective collaboration across multi-country and cross-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, reporting dashboards, and analytical tools
- Experience using Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Mural, Teams, and related collaboration or testing tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ariba
- Experience with Salesforce
