Airswift is searching for a Business Unit Head – Health & Wellness to join a leading organization in Guyana.

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational performance, and profitability of a business unit. The position oversees sales, operations, logistics, financial performance, and stakeholder engagement while leading business growth initiatives and high-performing teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the business unit.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee sales, operations, logistics, and related business functions.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams and department heads.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Extensive experience in senior management or executive leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong background in sales, operations, supply chain, and financial management.
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and strategic business planning.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical capabilities, and commercial awareness.
