This opportunity is suited to a senior professional with deep expertise in remote camp operations, accommodation management, and contractor oversight within a major onshore LNG construction environment. The role will take ownership of multiple accommodation camps supporting a large multinational workforce, with responsibility for operational performance, HSE compliance, service quality, and resident welfare. This position offers broad scope across POB forecasting, catering, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, logistics interface, and KPI-driven contract management in a complex remote-site setting.
Required Education:
Hotel or catering management certification, or equivalent experience in logistics operations and camp management
Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in logistics operations and camp management at supervisor or superintendent level, with sound general knowledge of the oil and gas industry
Proven experience managing large-scale remote accommodation camps on a major oil and gas or LNG construction project
Experience overseeing multiple camps serving a high-volume workforce in a complex project environment
Previous experience working on remote sites with limited infrastructure
Experience leading camp coordinators and managing contracted soft services workforces in a multicultural environment
Required Skills:
Strong capability in camp operations, occupancy optimisation, room allocation, visitor scheduling, and POB management systems
Ability to coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation forecasts with HR, logistics, aviation, and project teams
Strong contractor management skills across catering, housekeeping, laundry, fumigation, pest control, gardening, and hospitality services
Experience monitoring KPIs and SLAs, conducting audits and performance reviews, and reviewing service reports and invoices
Knowledge of catering operations, menu review, dietary planning, kitchen inspections, and food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP-based systems
Strong HSE culture and the ability to enforce health, safety, hygiene, and welfare standards across camp operations
Ability to inspect accommodation, offices, kitchens, laundries, recreational facilities, and communal areas, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance
Experience producing occupancy, KPI, contractor performance, and camp performance reports, alongside budget and operational expenditure control
Strong coordination skills across travel, transport scheduling, VIP visits, and camp fleet allocation in a remote environment
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence operational decisions
Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
