Job Title: Category Manager III

This opportunity focuses on procurement strategy, supplier performance, category initiatives, and value delivery within a supply chain environment. The role supports sourcing strategy execution, supplier engagement, dashboard reporting, and continuous improvement, while helping teams remove barriers and improve business outcomes. This position offers the chance to contribute to category performance through commercial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the use of AI and digital tools.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Required Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to procurement, sourcing strategy, category management, or supply chain activities
- Experience supporting reporting, supplier performance tracking, budgets, or execution progress
Required Skills:
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation skills
- Ability to build dashboards and reporting to track supplier performance, savings, budgets, and initiatives
- Ability to support supplier engagement activities, strategic reviews, and cross-functional collaboration
- Action-oriented approach with a focus on speed, execution, and delivering commitments
- Ability to identify and remove execution barriers to support faster decision-making and delivery
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Interest in using AI and digital tools to streamline processes and improve productivity
