Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing schedules for projects, tenders, and proposals.
- Develop and analyze project financials, including P&L statements and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct feasibility and sensitivity analyses to evaluate project profitability.
- Support commercial decision-making through innovative pricing models and market analysis.
- Monitor project profitability and ensure approved margins are maintained or exceeded.
- Track CPI and inflation trends to support pricing agreements and contract performance.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to maximize contract value.
- Perform market pricing analysis of subcontracted services and goods.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure commercial agreements accurately reflect service delivery requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or equivalent commercial qualification.
- ACCA Level 2 or Level 3 candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience preparing pricing models, pricing build-ups, and financial analyses.
- Experience with management reporting and financial performance monitoring.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create compelling commercial proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
