Airswift is looking for a Construction Site Lead III to work for a major O&G company in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, for an initial 12-months assignment.

This opportunity is focused on leading site-based construction execution on a major capital project, with responsibility for safety leadership, contractor coordination, construction planning, and mechanical completion activities. The role will act as a key field interface across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams, while also supporting design development, constructability reviews, and execution planning. This position offers the chance to contribute to a long-term construction programme in a technically demanding environment requiring strong field leadership and major project experience.

Required Education:

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a Technical degree

Required Experience:

  • Past Construction Site Lead experience on a major capital project
  • Experience in-field construction planning, execution, and completions
  • Prior site experience in a construction environment
  • Experience overseeing fabrication, construction, hookup, and mechanical completion activities
  • Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional site interfaces

Required Skills:

  • Strong safety leadership and ability to champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance
  • Ability to lead site teams and support completion of construction activities in line with project objectives and contract specifications
  • Capability to interface with contractors on a day-to-day basis and monitor performance, identifying deficiencies and driving corrective action
  • Construction planning expertise, including preparation and development of construction planning deliverables
  • Ability to coordinate construction-related issue resolution with multiple stakeholders across site and engineering teams
  • Knowledge of mechanical completion verification processes and materials management systems at site
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build effective relationships across diverse teams and multiple locations
  • Ability to report progress, performance, issues, and challenges clearly to project leadership

  • Previous experience within the company's project culture and working practices
