Airswift is seeking for a Construction Superintendent (Offshore HUC JOB2) B2B to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Purpose
Role of Company Site Representative and Lead for offshore brownfields, shutdown and hook-up activities by representing the Company, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives. Coordinate with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook-up Execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during the offshore execution phase.
Qualifications
- High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines, including:
- Construction
- Installation
- Fabrication
- Execution
- Completion
- Hook-up
- Brownfield (BF)
- Shutdown activities
- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead role (including acting roles).
- Experience overseeing service/vendor personnel.
Technical & Business Skills
Experience with:
- Oil & Gas companies
- Contractors
- Service companies
- Heavy offshore execution construction companies
Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to:
- Major fabrication
- Transportation
- Installation
- Brownfield execution & Commissioning
- Hook-up activities
- Knowledge of offshore facilities, structures, and operations applicable to the project scope.
- Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large-scale operating organizations within:
- Operations
- Projects
- Subsurface
- Related functions
