Position Overview
This Content Migration Specialist opportunity is suited to a detail-focused professional with strong experience in content management and digital publishing. The Content Migration Specialist will support the migration and implementation of website content within a new CMS environment, helping to ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and ready for launch. Role Context
This position sits within the energy sector and supports a corporate website transformation project. The Content Migration Specialist will operate in a collaborative environment alongside digital communication teams, business stakeholders, and project professionals. The role is based in Brussels with onsite presence required for 2 days per week by default. This Content Migration Specialist role offers exposure to a business focused on reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate and implement content into the new CMS, including news, publications, and website pages.
- Structure and format content in line with the new website architecture and approved templates.
- Review content for quality, consistency, and completeness prior to publication.
- Ensure accurate use of metadata, tagging, and page structure across migrated content.
- Coordinate content delivery activities with stakeholders to support agreed timelines.
- Identify risks such as missing or delayed content and follow up proactively.
- Provide practical feedback on content workflows and CMS usage to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Experience in content management and working within a CMS environment.
- Essential: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Essential: High attention to detail and commitment to content quality and accuracy.
- Essential: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Essential: Good level of Dutch and/or French, together with English.
- Essential: Affinity with digital communication and web content.
- Desirable: Experience working with SiteCore.
- Desirable: Availability to work mostly onsite in Brussels.
- Desirable: Hands-on and pragmatic approach to content delivery.
