Job Title: Contract Analyst IV

This opportunity supports lease and contract administration within a Lower 48 non-op asset environment, with responsibility for maintaining accurate land records and helping ensure lease obligations are managed effectively. The role offers involvement across producing and nonproducing properties, ownership changes, payment tracking, and agreement support. This position is well suited to candidates with experience in land administration, lease analysis, and Quorum Land System processes who want to contribute in a technically focused oil and gas setting.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or eight or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree

Required Experience:

  • Relevant experience in lease and contract administration, land records management, or related land operations work
  • Experience supporting producing and nonproducing properties and interests
  • Experience processing ownership changes, including assignments, deeds, probate, and related transactions
  • Experience reviewing lease obligations, payment requirements, expirations, and related documentation
  • Ability to work independently on assignments of increased complexity under general direction

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Quorum Land System
  • Strong understanding of land principles, lease obligations, land terminology, and contracts
  • Ability to analyse and input lease and contract data with accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Ability to manage monthly lease calendars covering rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalties, expirations, and payment obligations
  • Ability to prepare releases, Exhibit A documentation, and supporting agreement materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional systems and applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately
  • Ability to research private and public records using online resources to support issue resolution
