Job Title: Control Tower Analyst
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
This opportunity sits within a global offshore energy business known for delivering floating production solutions across the full product lifecycle, from engineering and procurement through to construction, installation, operation and relocation. The role is focused on strengthening governance, risk and internal control across business administration processes, with particular emphasis on Source-to-Pay compliance, vendor bank detail validation, share-based payment control activities, and internal control campaigns. This position offers the chance to support a technically complex environment where accuracy, control execution, and process integrity are critical to business performance.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial management, business analysis, or a related role
- Experience supporting governance, risk, and internal control activities within business processes
- Experience reviewing compliance and documentation across operational or finance-related workflows
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of risk and internal control principles
- Analytics and reporting capability
- Bookkeeping and transaction control knowledge
- Understanding of P2P support process and vendor management
- Ability to review master data set-up and interface controls
- Business acumen and business partnering skills
- Systems and technology awareness relevant to control monitoring and process compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in internal audit or external audit
