Location:

This opportunity is with a refinery and chemical complex environment and focuses on cost estimating, project planning, scheduling, and project controls across key project milestones. The role will support estimate preparation, schedule assessment, check estimates, and quality assurance activities while contributing to change control and monthly progress reporting. This position offers exposure to cross-functional project delivery and close collaboration with project managers, estimators, planners, schedulers, and accounting teams.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a closely related position

  • Experience in cost estimating, project planning, scheduling, and project controls

  • Experience supporting change control, cost reporting, and monthly progress reporting

  • Experience working with project managers, estimators, planners, schedulers, and accounting teams in a cross-functional environment

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in cost estimating, project planning, and project controls

  • Ability to prepare or coordinate cost estimates and schedules for project milestones

  • Ability to perform estimate and schedule assessments, including verification of project cost and schedule bases

  • Strong analytical and computing skills

  • Strong influencing, consulting, and mentoring capability

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and manage cross-functional activities effectively

  • Adaptability to changing priorities
