Position Overview
This CSA Inspector opportunity is suited to a construction professional with strong inspection experience across civil, structural and architectural works. The CSA Inspector will play an important role in supporting quality execution on complex industrial construction activity. This CSA Inspector position offers exposure to mission-critical construction, with data center construction experience strongly preferred. Role Context
This role sits within a data center construction environment and supports inspection activity across civil, structural and architectural scopes.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out inspections across civil, structural and architectural construction works.
Read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings and specifications.
Inspect and review concrete placement, rebar installation, structural steel, foundations, site utilities and architectural finishes.
Document inspections accurately and maintain clear inspection records.
Use tablets and construction management software to support inspection documentation and field reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
High school diploma or GED.
Essential:
3-5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
Essential:
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, structural drawings, architectural drawings and specifications.
Essential:
Familiarity with concrete placement, rebar installation, structural steel, foundations, site utilities and architectural finishes.
Essential:
Experience documenting inspections and maintaining inspection records.
Essential:
Proficiency with tablets and construction management software.
Desirable:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Desirable:
Mission-critical construction experience.
Desirable:
Data center construction experience.
