leading organisation is hiring Customer Success Specialists to support its E-Mobility customer operations team.
The role will focus on delivering a strong customer experience through phone, email and ticketing channels. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, customer feedback, issue resolution, loyalty-related queries, digital support and administrative activities while ensuring timely and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and ticketing channels.
Manage customer feedback, complaints, compliments and issue resolution.
Support customer queries relating to offers, promotions, loyalty programmes and account updates.
Resolve service and logistics-related enquiries within agreed service levels.
Support digital and self-service customer channels.
Maintain accurate customer information and support data quality.
Liaise with internal teams, service partners and third-party providers to resolve customer issues.
Support process improvement and customer touchpoint updates.
Deliver a professional customer experience in every interaction.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Customer service, call centre, operations or support experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates / junior candidates may be considered.
Able to work on a 24/7 shift rotation.
Strong customer service mindset.
Able to multitask and manage customer issues professionally.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
Able to communicate clearly through phone, email, live chat or ticketing channels.
Willing to work on-site / hybrid based on operational requirements.
