This opportunity offers the chance to support data analysis, data quality improvement, and reporting activities within an office-based energy environment. The role focuses on importing, cleansing, validating, and analysing data, while contributing to commissioning tracking and coordination of field support activities. This position is well suited to candidates with strong Excel and database management capability who can work effectively with reporting tools and structured data.
Required Experience:
- Experience working with data import, data cleansing, validation, and analysis.
- Experience generating reports and presenting data in charts, graphs, or tables.
- Experience managing large databases and tracking operational activities.
- Exposure to coordination and scheduling activities in a structured business environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets with a focus on improving data quality.
- Capability to track commissioning activities and assist with coordinating field support activities.
- Ability to work with structured reporting and data analysis processes.
- Focus on maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.
- Trainable mindset and proficiency in data tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Smartsheets.
- Oil and gas experience.
- Experience with compressors.
