Role Overview:

This opportunity supports document processing, scanning, indexing, routing and quality control within a land services environment. The role focuses on enterprise content management activity, digital document handling and accurate records processing, with responsibility for supporting high-volume workflows and maintaining strong document integrity. This position offers the chance to contribute to operational efficiency through detailed indexing, archiving support and coordination of physical and electronic documentation.

Required Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in clerical or general office support.

  • Experience preparing, processing, digitising, routing, tracking or archiving physical and digital documents.

  • Experience working with detailed, precise administrative tasks in a structured business environment.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to process incoming documents, prepare physical records for scanning, scan documents and route them electronically.

  • Strong indexing and quality assurance capability for digital scans and electronic records.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to prioritise multiple requests and tasks while remaining well organised.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and keep relevant stakeholders informed.

  • General understanding of business principles, industry practices and system standards.

  • Ability to search internal and external database systems to identify legacy data or records not yet uploaded to an enterprise content management system.

  • Knowledge of land data types and familiarity with databases used by regulatory agencies, DrillingInfo and county digital record sites.

  • Ability to apply knowledge to resolve issues of moderate scope and complexity and support process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oil and gas land experience.

  • Five years of administrative support experience in oil and gas land.
