The role is centred on organising equipment, materials, vendors, and resources while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. Required Experience:
- Experience handling inbound dispatch requests through phone, email, and digital platforms
- Experience coordinating logistics activities, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Experience maintaining accurate records of requests, status updates, and communications in a fast-paced environment
- Experience identifying operational issues, monitoring progress, and escalating where resolution support is needed
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, customer service, and computer-based skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow established processes
- Ability to prioritise competing demands based on operational urgency, business impact, and customer needs
- Ability to proactively identify potential issues or delays and communicate status changes clearly
- Must be local to Greater Houston / Spring area
