Position Overview

The Division Order Analyst IV role offers an opportunity to support a technically focused function within the oil and gas sector. This position is centred on analysing ownership interests and maintaining critical ownership records that support the distribution of proceeds from oil and gas sales and the collection of well expenses. The Division Order Analyst IV role will contribute to work across the company’s EOR region, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, analysis, and record maintenance. Role Context

This opportunity sits within the oil and gas exploration and production sector and supports work in the company’s EOR region. The working environment is linked to the administration and analysis of ownership interests associated with oil and gas sales and related well expenses. The role can be based in Greenway or Woodlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the distribution of proceeds from oil and gas sales within the assigned EOR region.

  • Support the collection of well expenses through detailed ownership analysis.

  • Determine the relative ownership of the company, working interest partners, overriding royalty holders, and royalty holders.

  • Analyse title documents to establish and validate ownership positions.

  • Maintain and update ownership records with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

  • Manage maintenance-related items across the assigned regional portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential:

    Experience in ownership analysis, title document review, or division order-related activities within oil and gas.

  • Essential:

    Ability to determine and maintain ownership interests involving working interest partners, overriding royalty holders, and royalty holders.

  • Essential:

    Strong analytical capability and attention to detail in the maintenance and updating of ownership records.

  • Essential:

    Extensive Excel knowledge.

  • SAP, and Quorum Land System experience is a plus.
