This opportunity is focused on supporting major capital project documentation within a structured document management environment. The role is suited to professionals with strong document control expertise, electronic document management system knowledge, and experience handling engineering, technical, commercial, and legal project records. This position offers the chance to contribute to process consistency, information accuracy, and effective document flow across complex project teams.

Required Experience:

  • Previous document control experience within a project environment.

  • Proven experience administering and using an electronic document management system.

  • Experience managing engineering, technical, correspondence, project management, commercial, and legal documentation.

  • Experience working in an integrated team environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience reviewing, classifying, tracking, and quality checking project documentation and metadata.

Required Skills:

  • Strong document control capability, including document review, classification, transmittals, tracking, and records management.

  • Ability to perform quality control checks on documentation and metadata, including document number, title, revision, and status.

  • Strong understanding of different types of project documentation and document coding accuracy.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with colleagues at all levels.

  • Methodical and well-organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and short timeframes.

  • Ability to provide training, support, and guidance on document control processes and electronic document management systems.

  • Computer literacy with a working understanding of computer and information system components and fundamental computer processing principles.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Access or other database tools, including filters, searching, wildcard use, and report creation.

  • Proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to receive constructive feedback for professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four to six years of previous document control experience preferred.

  • Minimum of three years administering and using an electronic document management system preferred.
