The Project
You will be involved in a fast-paced industrial project within a structured and demanding environment.
The role focuses on document control and digitalization of technical files, ensuring compliance, traceability, and efficient data management across project stakeholders.
The Role
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing, verifying, and organizing project documentation throughout its lifecycle.
You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, supporting teams with accurate documentation, and ensuring proper file tracking and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management & Control
- Compile and organize master paper files
- Verify completeness of documentation against standard file requirements
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of all submitted documents
- Update summaries and tracking tools for ongoing cases
Digitalization & Data Handling
- Scan technical files and supporting documents
- Upload and manage files within SharePoint
- Maintain structured and accessible digital archives
- Manage transfers of documentation between systems and stakeholders
Coordination & Follow-up
- Conduct weekly file reviews with internal stakeholders
- Handle document transfers with notification processes
- Track the status of files and ensure proper follow-up
- Support continuous improvement of document workflows
Tools & Systems
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- Project and supplier databases (PDB, VDBx, SDBx, GAIA)
- General project management tools
Profile Required
Education & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in document control within engineering, construction, or industrial projects
- Experience in petrochemical or energy projects is a strong advantage
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of document management processes
- Experience with digital archiving and document control tools
- Good command of IT systems and databases
Languages
- English: Professional level required

Requirements & Certifications
- Mandatory: Company with valid safety certification
- Required training:
- GIES 1
