This opportunity supports a design team through technical drafting, AutoCAD drawing updates, document control activity, and field verification in an industrial environment. The role focuses on incorporating redlines, maintaining drawing accuracy, and supporting engineering and design workflows with a strong emphasis on drafting standards, safety, and collaboration. This position offers exposure to office and refinery environments and will suit candidates with drafting capability, AutoCAD knowledge, and an interest in engineering support work.


Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience performing drafting or similar technical duties in a professional setting

  • Foundational experience in drafting or a related technical field

  • Ability to work in both office and industrial or refinery environments

Required Skills:

  • Basic AutoCAD experience or equivalent drafting software knowledge

  • Knowledge of drafting standards, methods, and industry practices

  • Ability to incorporate design and Management of Change redlines accurately into technical drawings

  • General drafting and design support capability for engineering and design teams

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard PC applications

  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to conduct field walkdowns to verify drawing accuracy against physical conditions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

  • Strong reliability, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Commitment to following safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SAP systems

  • PCMS experience in inspection data management

  • Previous oil and gas experience

  • Experience within refining, petrochemical, or related industrial environments
