Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor
Location: North Holland
This opportunity focuses on site supervision for electrical works across a major power infrastructure environment, supporting installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities. The role offers involvement with transformers, switchgear, cables, protection systems, and HV/MV substations, making it well suited to professionals with strong construction and commissioning exposure. You will be part of a global engineering and consulting business delivering integrated solutions across sustainable energy and the built environment, offering the chance to contribute to technically complex projects with long-term impact.
Required Education:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
Required Experience:
- Experience supervising electrical works on power infrastructure projects, including HV/MV substations and transmission and distribution networks
- Experience supporting testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Experience supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, cables, and protection systems
- 10 years of overall experience in electrical construction works
Required Skills:
- Ability to review contractor deliverables, including electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
- Strong quality and HSE awareness
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch
