This Electronic Systems Engineer Expert opportunity offers the chance to work on advanced inverter systems, combining structured problem solving, system engineering expertise and customer-facing communication. The Electronic Systems Engineer Expert will play a key role in driving 8D investigations, root cause analysis and status reporting across cross-functional and international teams.

The Role
The Electronic Systems Engineer Expert will lead the resolution of complex product deviations through the structured application of 8D methodology and robust root cause analysis. This Electronic Systems Engineer Expert position will also support customer communication related to critical product deviations, ensuring updates are clear, timely and professional.
This Electronic Systems Engineer Expert will provide continuous internal and external status reporting to senior leadership and work closely with global teams in an agile environment. The Electronic Systems Engineer Expert will contribute technical leadership across system engineering, electric and electronic systems, and inverter-related development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex product deviation resolution using 8D methodology
- Drive robust root cause analysis activities
- Manage communication with customers regarding critical product deviations
- Provide clear and continuous status reporting to senior leadership
- Support cross-functional collaboration across global teams
- Contribute expertise in inverter development, engineering quality and system engineering
- Translate technical findings into clear presentations and actionable insights
- Work effectively within an agile approach
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
- 8+ years of experience as a Development Engineer for inverter systems or as an Engineering Quality Engineer
- Strong knowledge of 8D methodology
- Deep experience in system engineering
- Strong understanding of electric/electronic and software development of inverter systems
- Knowledge of data analytics
- Experience in customer communication within a technical environment
- Proficiency with JIRA, Polarion and MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data to technical and management audiences
- Collaborative, positive and team-oriented approach
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives
